It's Been Awhile...

...since I've sat down and wrote an actual journal entry about the random shit that's been going on with me. And I have plenty time this morning, so I figure I might as well give a shot. Then I'll redo my SheezyArt page and head over to my comic.

1. I've gone back to updating my Facebook. Not sure if any of my friends here (besides Megs) have a Facebook page, but I'd thought I'd throw this out first off. 2. I've also added SOS SAGA to Facebook. If you want to be a fan to SOS SAGA there, here's the link to that page: [link] I will be updating the comic there along with random tidbits and updates on how things are going.

3. For SOS SAGA, I have created some postcards (with Asoma's designs) that will be given out as donation gifts for those who give five dollars. If you're interested in getting some of the postcards, let me know. I will only be printing 100 of each design, so there will be a limited supply. Not only will they go to people online, but to people around my local area who are interested in the comic.

4. Sometime in August or maybe September, I will be returning to college. At least, getting ready to go back to study to become a vet tech. It took me a while to figure out what I wanted to do with my life (outside of SOS SAGA, artwork, and writing). Working with animals is what makes me feel the best. And it is something that I think I can handle. Wish me luck in my studies since it's been over ten years since I've opened a textbook to learn anything.

5. I'm selling my large BJD (ball-jointed doll) since I haven't really spent much time with him after getting down and dirty with my comic. He's a Latidoll Red M. You've probably seen various images of him in my gallery. Going to sell him for $450 plus $50 for shipping. Will come with a lot of random extras that I don't need anymore. If you're interested in him, please let me know. I can show you more pictures of him or even talk about a layaway program.

I think that's it at the moment. If anything pops up, I'll just make another journal entry. I just can't think of anything else.

Jobs~!

I believe I said it before that I am going to be trying to go back to college soon to pursue a career in the animal world. Basically become a vet tech. But before I do that, I am going to get myself a part-time job to help maintain the household. Yesterday I fixed up my resume on Monsters.com and signed up for the local Petsmart. Would really love to work in a pet store. LOL.

I already got a call from Aflac (you know...that insurance company with the duck) and got a job interview lined up for tomorrow. Obviously, I'm not a total loss case if someone is willing to hire me so quickly. ._.; I'm not bragging since I don't keep jobs that well, but I do have experience when it comes to computers, filing, and talking on the phone to customers (remember when I worked for the local newspaper?).

Wish me luck for tomorrow. Although I still think I rather work at the pet store. T^T

If it doesn't work out, maybe I'll head over to Petsmart again and talk to them in person. Or try some other pet stores. *nods*
